
Date of validity of the Green Card.
The
Council of Bureaus has judged reasonable to apply a minimum duration
of validity of 15 days.

The Green Card's
serial number and the corresponding insurance policy number preceded
by the international country code of the Bureau where the Card was
issued and the code of the Bureau's member company who issued the
card.

The registration number, the category and make of the vehicle.
Category definition : A (Car), B (Motor cycle), C (Lorry or
tractor), D (Cycle fitted with auxiliary engine), E (Coach or Bus) and F (Trailer).

List of all countries having adopted the green card system.
The green card however is not valid for crossed out countries.
7. Name, address and full details
of the policyholder (or user of the vehicle)

1. In each country visited, theBureau of that country assumes, in respect of the use of the vehicle referred to herein, the liability of an Insurer in accordance with the laws relating to compulsory insurance in that country.
2. I, the within-mentioned Policyholder, hereby authorise the Belgian Bureau and the Bureaus of any mentioned countries, to which it may delegate such powers, to accept service of legal proceedings, to handle and eventually settle, on my behalf, any claim for damages in respect of liability to third parties required to be covered under the compulsory insurance laws of the country or countries specified herein, which may arise from the use of the vehicle in that country (those countries)
3. The cover provided under Green Cards issued for Cyprus is restricted to those geographical parts of Cyprus which are under the control of the Government of the Republic of Cyprus.
4. The cover provided under Green Cards issued for Serbia Montenegro is restricted to those geographical parts of Serbia Montenegro which are under the control of the Government of Serbia Montenegro.
5. Signature of the policyholder only.

6. For visitors
of Great Britain, Northern Ireland and Cyprus, signature of any other persons who may use the vehicle.
(This card is only valid when signed by the policyholder)
For these countries, insurance cover is necessarily related to the person whose responsibility is at cause.
